{"id":1268,"date":"2014-02-26T11:39:26","date_gmt":"2014-02-26T09:39:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/emtools.ro\/blog\/?p=1268"},"modified":"2022-01-31T13:27:26","modified_gmt":"2022-01-31T11:27:26","slug":"caracteristici-tehnice-grupuri-electrogene-diesel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/emtools.ro\/blog\/caracteristici-tehnice-grupuri-electrogene-diesel\/","title":{"rendered":"Caracteristici tehnice grupuri electrogene Diesel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Continuam seria de articole despre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vintex.ro\/139-generatoare\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>generatoare<\/strong><\/a> cu informatii privind caracteristicile tehnice ale grupurilor electrogene Diesel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">MOTOARE DIESEL<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Puterile motoarelor de pe grupurile de baza sunt cele maxime pentru functionare continua 24 de ore din 24, cu variatii normale de\u00a0sarcina si cu posibilitatea de suprasarcina de 10% timp total de 1 ora la fiecare 12 ore, conform normelor DIN 6271 si ISO 3046.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Puterile motoarelor de pe grupurile de urgenta sunt cele maxime pentru functionarea continua de urgenta, fara posibilitatea de\u00a0suprasarcina, conform normelor DIN 6271 si ISO 3046.; functionarea este limitata la 500 de ore\/an.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Important: puterile sunt date pentru conditiile ambientale de:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>temperatura 25\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>presiune 1000 mbar (750 mm\/Hg)<\/li>\n<li>umiditate relativa 30%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">conform normativului ISO 3046\/I.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>GENERATOARE SINCRONE<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Puterile nominale ale generatoarelor sincrone sunt cele stabilite pentru functionarea de baza conform normelor CEI 2\/3 IEC 34.1 =VDE 0530 = BS 5000 sectiunea 99 = VTE 51100 si pentru functionarea de urgenta conform normelor NEMA MG1-2284.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Conditiile ambientale de referinta pentru generatoarele sincrone conform normelor CEI sunt:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">temperatura 40\u00b0C (30\u00b0C conform NEMA)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">altitudine 1000 m peste nivelul marii (674 mm\/Hg)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>DECLASIFICARE IN FUNCTIE DE CONDITIILE AMBIENTALE<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pentru instalarea si functionarea in conditii ambientale altele decit cele mentionate in 2.4.1 trebuie prevazute anumite declasificari\u00a0(derating) atit pentru motor cit si pentru generatorul cuplat la acesta si deci pentru puterea generata de grup.\u00a0Declasificarea trebuie specificata\u00a0inca de la faza contractuala pentru ca motorul si generatorul sa fie pregatite (reglate) corespunzator inca de la origine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>FRECVENTA<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Grupurile electrogene sunt proiectate in general pentru a functiona la 3000 rot\/min sau 1500 rot\/min cu o frecventa de 50 Hz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Motoarele respective sunt dotate cu regulatoare mecanice de turatie, incorporate in pompa de injectie si reglate astfel incit incarcarea\u00a0statica sa fie de 4% si deci frecventa de iesire sa fie de 52 Hz la mers in gol si de 50 Hz in sarcina completa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In conditii statice regulatorul mecanic de turatie standard are in general o precizie de \u00b10,5%.
